Cueshé + Ebe Dancel of Sugarfree: Live in Baybay City!

In celebration of the 10th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Baybay, Leyte, Cong. Jose Carlos “Boying” L. Cari (5th District of Leyte Representative) in cooperation with the City Government of Baybay lives-up again with their yearly tradition of having guest celebrity bands or artists to rock the City Gymnasium.

This time, it’s a little throwback to one of our all-time favorite pop/alternative rock bands, Cueshé. Though their last album released was still in 2010 called ‘Life’ many of their music has turned into classics such as ‘Can’t Let You Go‘, ‘24 Hours‘, and ‘Ulan‘. Their song, ‘Stay‘ (2006) bagged different awards from Bomb FM to MYX Music Awards.

Cueshé’s first Album ‘Half Empty, Half Full’ (2006) was awarded “double platinum” during the ASAP 2nd Platinum Circle and their ‘Back to Me Album‘ (2007) is the “gold album” during the ASAP 24K Gold Award.

It’s a back-to-back concert as former vocalist of Sugarfree, Ebe Dancel is also performing during the night. After Sugarfree disbanded in 2011, Ebe Dancel now continues his career as a solo artist. Recently, he launched his album ‘Bawat Daan‘.

His latest notable release is ‘Wag Ka Nang Umiyak‘, a duet with KZ Tandingan for the TV series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano of ABS-CBN. Memorable music performed by Sugarfree include ‘Makita Kang Muli‘ and ‘Hari Ng Sablay‘.

This one-night-only concert happens on Saturday, June 17, 2017, 8:00PM at Baybay City Gymnasium. Admission is absolutely free (open venue/no tickets) so be early at the venue if you want to secure a good spot!
